The UT Regional Security Operations Center (UT-RSOC) will celebrate the opening of its new facility with an official ribbon cutting ceremony on October 1, 2026 at Gregory Plaza, The University of Texas at Austin.
UT-RSOC has been delivering live cybersecurity operations since 2024, staffed by UT Austin students, serving over 3,300 Texas public entities at no cost as part of a statewide initiative established through Senate Bill 475.
This ceremony marks the next chapter in UT-RSOC's growing mission to strengthen cybersecurity across Texas.
